S = Self-Employed

B = Business Owner
Their core value is Freedom. They often says,"I'm looking for a good system, good network. I'm looking for smartest people that I know to help run my business."
They are unlike the "S", they don't want to run their company by themselves, they want smart people to run their company for them. These people have people work hard for them.

I = Investor
These are people who have money work hard for them.
